PROVOST’S REPORT Provost DenBeste introduced a New Program Proposal process for programs that will come to the board for approval. Departments will need to include and answer the following questions: Centrality to the Institution’s Vision and Mission: • Provide a brief description of the program. • What are the objectives? • How do the objectives support the institutional mission and strategic priorities? Resource Implications: • Are new or additional faculty needed?
