OVERVIEW

The Slieve Russell Hotel, Golf & Country Club, this premier hotel and resort complex prides itself on its opulent surroundings, congenial atmosphere, friendly staff and superb cuisine.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic leadership team.

As Operations Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager, ensuring seamless operations across all hotel departments, enhancing guest experiences, and driving business success.

YOUR ROLE

Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service standards across all departments. Lead and inspire teams to deliver excellence in guest satisfaction and operational lean efficiency. Drive business performance, focusing on revenue growth, cost control, and profitability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through staff training, coaching, and performance development. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Proactively manage guest feedback, swiftly resolving issues to maintain an excellent reputation. Support marketing and sales initiatives to enhance occupancy rates and revenue generation. Empower and inspire all staff to collaborate effectively, fostering a strong, positive, and high- performing team culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Proven experience in a senior hospitality management role (Deputy Manager, Operations Manager, or similar). A results-driven leader with excellent team management skills and a hands-on approach. Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. A guest-focused mind-set with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations within the hospitality sector. A proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in a busy environment.
