Hospice Heroes Run Edinburgh Marathon
The biggest team of Hospice Heroes yet took on this year’s Edinburgh Marathon Festival in May to raise over £16,000 for the Ayrshire Hospice. The half ‘marathoners’ of Andrew Bargh, Anna Kozikowska, Chloe Jamieson, Eilidh Hunt, Eilidh Reid, Jennifer Burton, Lewis Cosway, Mhairi Miller and Sophie Russell began their day at 8am and all crossed the line with amazing times. The ‘marathoners’ of Amy Bargh, Blair McCrone, Caitlin McMail, Claire Scobie, David Stevenson, Drew Tannock, Emma Blair, Graeme Gordon, Joe Bova, Karen Bogle, Lewis Fisher, Max
Cusack, Mitchell Lamont, Nathan Bayne, Neil McGregor, Peter Thompson, Rebecca Colquhoun, Ross Colquhoun, Ujjwal Karki and William Rafferty began at 10am and all made their way through the streets of Edinburgh and along the coastline to the finish line at Pinkie Playing Fields in Musselburgh. Congratulations to all runners for their incredible achievements and raising £16,340.28 for the Hospice in memory of loved ones.
