So happy to welcome back Day Services patients
By Stephanie McLaughlin, Fundraiser
The pandemic has sadly meant many people have been unable to attend funerals which has added to the heartache for many bereaved families. As restrictions are easing and limited numbers are now allowed to attend, we can offer personalised funeral collection boxes if you wish to ask for donations to the hospice. Ayrshire Hospice training is a Scottish first

Originally, designed and delivered in person, staff from Ayrshire Hospice have played a leading role in creating a two-day online version of the course. This is the first and only Namaste Care™ course to be run in Scotland and has received excellent feedback with delegates noting, “I have more tools to help me deal with aggressive behaviour when there is stress and pain” and “I know how to make people comfortable and make care very person centred.”
