To set up your personal profile, we would like you to complete and provide us with the following documents via email before your work commencement date if you have not already done so. 1. Personal Record Data Form | Please download and complete 2. Bank Account Details Form | Please download and complete 3. A Soft Copy of Your Bank Statement 4. A Soft Copy of Your Identity Card (Front and Back) 5. A Soft Copy Passport Sized Photo in colour and in jpeg format.

To equip you with the fundamental knowledge of our organization, several learning courses are readily available on our Shangri-La Academy Online. You may design your learning journey, and develop your skills and knowledge on this online platform.
Shangri-La Academy Online You will receive the account details when you officially join us. The next few pages will provide you with a brief look of some essential learning courses, and you are required to complete it within a specific time.
The Shangri-La Orientation* This is the first introduction to the world of the Shangri-La Group. You will be learning about our roots, history and heritage, about the different types of businesses we operate, and about the Shangri-La Culture. You are required to complete it within 30 days of joining. Leading the Shangri-La Culture* This guides you to explore our Shangri-La’s culture, based on our vision, purpose, business, beliefs, and nature. You are required to complete it within 30 days of joining. The Shangri-La Culture Experience It aims to reinforce the behaviours that demonstrate our beliefs. You will go through six levels with scenarios, make decisions based on options presented and obtain points and a subsequent badge. You are required to complete it within 30 days of joining. Phishing Fundamental Training Cybercrime has now become a common issue. You will be learning the basis of phishing and how to avoid falling into the phishing scams, to protect our organization. You are required to complete it within 30 days of joining.

Code of Conduct and Ethics Code of conduct and ethics is one of the key guidelines in Shangri-La Group. This provides you with clarity on conflict on interest, preventing bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-slavery and human trafficking, political neutrality, and the like. You are required to complete it within 30 days of joining. Personal Data Protection Data privacy is a growing concern in the world. You will be learning how to protect personal data in the workplace and its importance. This also covers our guidelines and practices on personal data protection. You are required to complete it within 30 days of joining. Global Security Orientation Safety and security are always our priorities. You will be learning how to conduct risk analysis, and the roles of crisis management and emergency response teams, to increase the security awareness. You are required to complete it within 30 days of joining. Cyber Security Orientation This helps you get familiar with cyber security, threats, guidelines, and standards in Shangri-La Group. You are required to complete it within 30 days of joining.
Global Fire and Life Safety Orientation Fire prevention can effectively reduce the number of casualties. This gives you the basic knowledge of fire and life safety, fire emergency response procedure, and the roles of fire & life safety management committee. You are required to complete it within 30 days of joining. Prevention of Discrimination in the Workplace This illustrates several discriminatory acts and behaviours and teaches you to prevent any form of discrimination in the workplace. You are required to complete it within 60 days of joining. Shangri-La Cares This aims to provide you with hygiene and safety guidelines for the well- being of our guests and colleagues. You are required to complete it within 90 days of joining. Engineering Sustainability and Cost Management This lists a series of practices in achieving sustainable development in Shangri-La hotels and other properties. You are highly encouraged to complete it after completing all the essential learning courses.
Introduction to Shangri-La Circle Shangri-La Circle is the Group's new aspirational travel lifestyle platform. This illustrates the new rewards program, our digital platforms, our role within the Shangri-La Group and the elements that inspired Shangri-La Circle.
