FAQs What if I don’t get a confirmation email?
If you’ve purchased a car and didn’t receive your confirmation email, please ensure you use the same email you provided the dealership at time of sale! What’s included in my membership? Your MyMoto rewards membership is an app-based program, valid for 12 months from the day you collect your car from a MyMoto dealership partner. Do gift cards have an expiry? Yes, each gift card includes its own terms and conditions, including the expiry or “use by” date. Be sure to review each gift card’s terms and conditions carefully when purchasing. How do I redeem an offer? 1. Show your digital member card in person. 2. Tap the special link and visit the website. 3. Copy the code, visit the website and use at checkout.
