MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC SPONSORS AND CO-HOSTS THE LAUNCH OF A NEW WIBSE NORTHERN IRELAND CHAPTER IN BELFAST ON JULY 3… Inspiring the next generation of women in building services engineering
A new Northern Ireland chapter of Women in Building Services Engineering (WiBSE) has been launched at an event held in Waterman House, Belfast on July 3. Aligned with its goal of fostering an empowering environment for women in the industry to thrive, Mitsubishi Electric Ireland sponsored and co-hosted the event. Co-hosting the Paint & Sip social event was Adrienne Gorman, chair of the new NI chapter. “It is vital for women to create an open community, uniting their experiences in building services,” said Adrienne.

The event provided attendees with a unique opportunity to engage in a creative activity while meeting new people and networking, with such events crucial for fostering friendships and meaningful connections within the industry. The establishment of WiBSE’s newest chapter in NI highlights the importance of such platforms in empowering women and fostering a more inclusive and supportive industry environment.
