They are seven of approximately 2,200 man- agers worldwide who have earned the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field. More than 60 million Amer-

In ad- dition, credentialed PCAMs must fulfill continuing educa- tion and service requirements, as well as adhere to a code of professional ethics. “Profes- sionals who earn CAI creden- tials maximize the value they can provide to their commu- nity association clients,” said CAI CEO Thomas M. Skiba, CAE. “Not only have these professionals demonstrated a personal commitment to self-improvement, but they have also elevated their practi- cal knowledge and expertise. That’s what all community associations need, and what board members and residents deserve.” Professional manag- ers provide administrative, operational and managerial counsel to the boards that govern homeowners and con- dominium associations. Man- agers typically are responsible for managing budgets and contractors, directing associa- tion personnel and overseeing compliance with association covenants and restrictions. CAI is an international orga- nization dedicated to building better communities. CAI and its 60 chapters work on behalf of the professionals and vol- unteers engaged in the man- agement and governance of homeowner and condominium associations, cooperatives and other planned communities. CAI’s nearly 32,000 members include community association volunteer leaders, manag- ers, management companies and businesses that provide products and services to these communities. RCPManagement Company is distinguished as IREMNew Jersey Chapter #1’sAccredited Management Organization (AMO) of the Year, 2011.
