the Philadelphia region and beyond, the Industry Advi- sory Board provides valu- able insight and continued assessment of the Property Management program. CALL OuT: According to the Bureau of Labor Statis- tics (BLS), most employers prefer to hire property man- agers with a bachelor’s or
master’s degree, preferably in real estate or property management. Certificates also are valued as there is a constant need to upgrade knowledge and skills via continuing education. BLS projects 329,700 property managers will be employed in 2018, an 8 per- cent rate of growth. n
