about Us
Established in 2005 Apex Hotel Supplies Limited markets and distributes a select range of quality Branded products at reasonable prices throughout the retail and hotel industry in Seychelles. The company’s products are mainly imported from South Africa, East Africa, Egypt, and Europe sourcing fresh vegetables, fruit, dairy, meat, and fish focusing mainly on the hospitality market. A combination of sales managers, sales reps and tele-sales are supported by full storage and distribution operations on Mahe and Praslin. Apex Hotel Supplies Limited also distributes to Praslin, La Digue and various other islands maintaining its cold chain with refrigerated fleets.
To provide a complete route to market service to our clients where brand products can be distributed country wide. Our Mission
Our company has a total of 11 facilities (7 on Mahe and 4 on Praslin) for dry, chilled and frozen. our Facilities
Mahe warehouse
All our warehouses uses racking to maximize storage area. There is a batch tracking process for stock rotation. Dedicated receiving and dispatch areas ensure smooth movement of stocks in and out of the warehouse. Our warehouses are monitored 24/7 with cameras and there are stringent entry and exit policies in place to ensure the safety of our stock.
Praslin warehouse
Complete operational warehouse with identical logistics procedure as our warehouse in Mahe. Ideal location for quick operations in Praslin and La digue. Collection and delivery service with a permanent stock, dry, 16° room, cold room and freezer.

Run and operated by Apex, Ship supply has its own team of dedicated and passionate individuals that fulfils all the immediate needs and requests of the ships at Seychelles harbors. Ship Supply partners with Key companies around Seychelles to successfully supply and cater to the needs of the ships regularly.
Impact Marketing, the only merchandising company in Seychelles, acts as a support function to the sales team at Apex. Impact Marketing plays an important role in Apex, merchandising of Apex range of products in Retail Stores, execute marketing campaigns and activations, advertise through the different mediums available locally (social media, merchandising, pricing, branding, print, TV and radio) and Provide consumer feedback and sales report.
Pop up Shop
Apex Pop Up Shop sells single unit of wholesale products catering to the public in general.
Impact Marketing also produces a bi-yearly catalogue for Apex targeting the HORECA segment, it includes features of some of our key clients using our products in their recipes.
