ACHP 2021 Section 3 Report to the President

Estate, Shingobee Lodge, the original Cutfoot Ranger Station (oldest standing Forest Service building in the Eastern Region), the Norway BeachVisitor Information Center, and the CNF Supervisor’s Office. By integrating historic preservation training within the corps model, the NBHPC provides young adults with the opportunity to explore diverse career paths through hands-on experience and training in the building trades and historic preservation fields. The continuing partnership between the Forest Service and NBHPC further enhances the Forest Service’s stewardship of historic properties on public lands, while teaching the next generation of historic preservation leaders.
