Our work streamlined fragmented R&D efforts and enabled clearer, more holistic investment decisions. This included designing and launching a live metaverse pilot with 200+ pet parents (NPS 7.9) in weeks, demonstrating the feasibility and value of lean, near-term testing in future-facing spaces.
