Through our Responsible Supply Chain, we continue to uphold the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and accountability. With robust Supplier Codes of Conduct and regular audits already in place, we are now advancing traceability, supplier training, and engagement, with the long-term ambition of leading our sector in ethical sourcing and responsible procurement. Under Climate-Conscious Solutions, our focus remains firmly on Net Zero and sustainable innovation. Today, this is reflected in improved fleet efficiency, consolidated logistics, and the expansion of low-impact product ranges. Looking ahead, we are investing in carbon data visibility and renewable energy transition, with our ultimate goal being the achievement of Net Zero by 2045. Through investing in People, we continue to nurture a supportive, inclusive workplace where well-being and development are prioritised. By strengthening skills pathways, mentoring, and internal progression, and promoting from within, we are building towards a future defined by an empowered, loyal, and values-driven workforce. Finally, through Investing in Our Community, we extend our commitment beyond the workplace. From supporting Hertfordshire Zoo's conservation fundraising efforts to backing youth sports and local football programmes, and expanding the impact of the WG Stacey Fund in support of children with cancer, we are proud to help strengthen the communities that surround and support our business.
