The 180 detached sales in March represented an increase of 71% from February and were 140% higher vs March of last year. Coquitlam’s sales-to-listings ratio increased to 62% as the detached segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in March was $1.43M, 5% higher vs last month and a 20% increase year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.59M in March, down 1.3% vs last month but 19% higher vs last year.
