The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 158% as Coquitlam’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The townhome benchmark price in March was $757,000, 4% above February and 11% higher vs March 2020. The average sold price was $940,447 with an aver- age PSF sales price of $532 (up 3% and down 2%, respectively, vs February).
