The 197 condo listings in Coquitlam in March were 11% below February and 28% lower vs March 2020. Year-over-year condo sales rose 137% in March (to 187) and were up 36% vs February. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 95%, as Coquitlam’s condo market remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price in March was $560,700, 3% higher month-over-month and 6% above March 2020. The average sold price was $579,949 in March (0.4% lower vs February) while the average PSF sales price was $719 (0.4% higher vs February).
