The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 64%, as Langley’s detached market remained in seller’s market territory. March’s detached benchmark price of $1.28M was 6% above February and 25% higher vs March 2020. The average sold price was $1.57M, a 4% decrease from February but 27% higher year-over-year.
