The number of condo listings in Langley, at 302, decreased 3% month-over-month and 13% year-over-year. March’s condo sales, at 199, were 16% above last month and 184% higher vs this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 66% in March, as Langley’s condo segment remained a seller’s market. The condo benchmark price in March was $434,100, up 4% from February and 8% above March 2020. The average sold price was $462,460 (a 1.0% increase from February) with an average PSF sales price of $535 (2% above February).
