The 66 detached listings in Squamish in March were down 7% compared to February and 32% below March 2020. March’s detached sales (at 46) increased by 44% month-over-month and rose 156% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in March increased to 70%, as Squamish’s detached segment remained in seller’s market territory. At $1.09M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 6% above February and 13% higher vs March 2020. The average sold price of $1.54M was 12% above February and 64% higher vs March 2020.
