The 1,257 detached listings in Surrey in March were up 31% month-over-month but 9% lower year-over-year. March’s detached sales (765 homes) were 20% above February and 128% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased in March, to 61%, as Surrey’s detached market remained in sell- er’s market territory. At $1.34M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 6% above February and 24% higher vs March 2020. The average sold price of $1.58M was 5% higher month-over-month and 39% above March of last year.
