The 245 detached sales were 80% higher month- over-month and 125% above March 2020. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 49% in March, as Vancouver East’s detached segment remained favourable to sellers. March’s benchmark price was $1.64M, 5% above February and up 14% vs March 2020. The average sold price of $1.86M was 3% above February and up 19% vs March 2020.
