The sales-to-listings ratio for townhomes increased to 60%, as conditions in Vancouver East’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. The townhome benchmark price in March was $980,100, up 8% month-over-month and year-over-year. March’s average sold price was $1.09M at an aver- age PSF sales price of $856 (up 5% and down 0.9%, respectively, vs last month).
