Condo listings in Vancouver East decreased 13% month-over-month (to 354) while March’s listings were down 1.9% year-over-year. Condo sales increased 73% from February (to 316) and were up 131% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 89%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in sell- er’s market territory. March’s condo benchmark price was $619,900, 3% higher month-over-month and year-over-year. The average sold price was $681,927, a 4% increase from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $893, 1.4% above last month.
