March’s detached sales (at 146) were 66% higher month-over-month and 38% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in March rose to 26% as Vancouver West’s detached segment transitioned to seller’s market territory. At $3.29M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 3% above February and 10% higher vs March 2020. The average sold price of $4.02M was 14% higher month-over-month but 21% higher year-over-year.
