Month-over-month, condo sales increased by 41% in March (to 628), while year-over-year sales increased by 103%. Increasing to 49%, the sales-to-listings ratio remained in seller’s market territory. March’s condo benchmark price of $816,700 was 3% higher month-over-month and 0.7% above March 2020. The average sold price was $929,171 at an average PSF sales price of $1,072 (up 3% and 0.1%, respec- tively, month-over-month).
