The number of condo listings in West Vancouver decreased 6% between February and March, to 89, and were 23% lower vs March 2020. The 31 condo sales in March were 121% above last month and 210% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 35% in March, as West Vancouver’s condo market transi- tioned to seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price was $1.14M in March, 3% above February and 11% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.51M (up 7% vs February) and the average PSF sales price was $1,102 (14% above February).
