relationships with your clients? How can staying consistent in your
efforts with each client improve your relationships with them?
Suggested Activities:
→ Brainstorming: Create together checkpoints that you can use weekly
to check in on the status of the employee’s clients and their relationships
with them. Are they working with that client as hard on a week-to-week
basis as they were when the relationship first started? Come up with
measurable markers to keep track of together.
