→ Journal-Based Coaching: As your coaching target puts their

strategies into practice and makes an effort to remain consistent in

their follow-up withprospects, ask them to keep a journal in the coming

weeks, noting strategies implemented that they have found success

with, as well asstrategies that they were not as successful with. What

can they do toaddress those challenges in the future?

→ 30-Second Coaching: As the employee makes efforts to maintain their

consistency with following up with prospects, share with them specific

actions you have observed that have aided in their success.
