Creative Client & Prospect Outreach
Suggested Strategy: Asking a Define & Coach question will allow for the
individual to share their understanding of the expectations and can then
analyze whether or not they adhere to those expectations.
Suggested Questions:
→ Define & Coach: When thinking about creativity in customer and
prospect outreach, how do you think you would define what that
specifically looks like?
→ Success Imperative: How do you think you will specifically go about
implementing creativity in your customer and prospect outreach to
successfully build upon those relationships?
Suggested Activities:
→ Whiteboard Coaching: On the left side of a whiteboard, write down
how the individual would currently describe their typical efforts to reach
out to their customers and prospects. On the right side of the board,
write down how the individual previously defined creativity in customer
and prospect outreach from your first question. Then, erase the left side
of the board and work with the individual to create a list of creative
strategies for customer and prospect outreach that they can implement
to reach the description on the right side of the board.
