→ Journal-Based Coaching: As they work to improve their ability to
educate clients, have the employee keep a journal in the coming
weeks with entries noting things that they have found to be successful
and challenges they face in the process. How will they address those
challenges in the future to create success?

process of improving their ability to educate their clients, take a moment
to acknowledge their specific actions to create a sense of progress
