→ Observational Coaching: Ask the person you are coaching to observe their peers in the coming week as they interact with actual clients. What parts of the interactions are indicators that their peers are going above
and beyond for their clients? How effective do they notice that each
strategy is in creating a positive experience for those clients
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
→ Non-Verbal Coaching: As the individual puts forth effort to improve
their strategy to WOW their clients, write them a note and leave it at their
workstation to share with them the specific actions that they have taken
to do so. Let them know the direct impact that their efforts have made
on their relationships with their client.
