Positive Energy with Clients
Suggested Strategy: Using a Third-Party Question, you are asking the
individual to put their focus on the impact that their actions may be
having on their client relationships, rather than on any defenses they
may have built up in their own mind as to why they do not already have
positive energy when interacting with clients.
Suggested Questions:
→ Third-Party Question: If we were to ask a client how they would
describe your energy when you are interacting with them, what do you
think they might say and why?
→ Self-Actualized Question: What actions do you think you must take so
that your clients would describe your energy in a more positive way?
Suggested Activities:
→ GOAL-Based Coaching: What does the individual specifically hope to
become Great at in their career? What Opportunities might be
presented to the individual by becoming great? What Actions must the
individual take to bring those opportunities within reach? What will the
individual Love about reaching their goals? How might having positive
energy in their interactions and creating a positive experience for their
clients help them in reaching their goals?
