→ GOAL-Based Coaching Follow-Up: Assign for the individual to utilize

GOAL-Based Coaching with the individual that they are evaluating for

their job fit. They should note the individual’s answers and create a

follow-up strategy in response to the analysis. Based on the team

member’s goals, are they on the correct path in the position t hey are

currently in to reach those goals? Discuss these questions and the

individual’s coaching strategy going forward to help the individual fit into

a role that is most appropriate for them.

Supplemental Coaching Strategies:

→ 30-Second Coaching: As the person you are coaching is learning to

become a coach themselves in this application, take 30 seconds, using

positive reinforcement, to share with them the specific actions and

efforts you have observed on their part.
