conversation with defining the expectations set for your coaching target
by their position and the company. This will create a coaching
relationship in which miscommunication regarding expectations is
minimal or nonexistent.

relates to the expectations set for you by the company?
→ Success Imperative: What actions do you believe you must take to
successfully apply that definition to your actual dealer communication?

→ GOAL-Based Coaching: What does the individual aspire to be Great
at in their position? What Opportunities might be presented to the
individual as a result of becoming great? What Actions related to the
definition of effective communication with dealers must the individual
take to bring those opportunities within reach? What will the individual
