Suggested Strategy: Use a GOAL-Based Coaching Strategy to help the
individual you are coaching find their motivation behind becoming
successful – use a Success Imperative Question to tie confidence into
their goal of success.
Suggested Questions:
→ Rating Question: On a scale of one to six, with six representing a fiery
confidence, and one representing a complete lack of confidence, where
would you rate yourself and why?
→ Success Imperative: What actions do you think we could take together
to help you become as successful as you could possibly be with the
company and reach a six?
Suggested Activities:
→ GOAL-Based Coaching: What does the individual aspire to become
Great related to confidence in their career? What Opportunities could
be afforded to the individual by becoming great? What Actions must the
individual take to build their confidence and to bring those opportunities
within reach? What will the employee Love about reaching their goals?
