→ 30-Second Coaching: Reinforce the team’s acceptance of the conflict
by taking 30 seconds to verbally acknowledge the efforts made by the
team to face conflict. Be specific in letting them know what they did well
and how it will benefit them on the path toward reaching their goal.
→ Observational Coaching: What situations does this person observe
around them where the team as a whole acknowledged conflict? How
was the feedback given AND accepted? What takeaways can this
person put into practice from observing their peers in interactions
revolving around feedback?
