→ Journal-Based Coaching: Truly practice the art of self-reflection by
assigning your target employees the task of tying their self-actualized
questions and their self-reflection together. Set a goal of having them
summarize their journal entries by emailing you two instances where
they had success with their goals, and two instances where they
struggled and why. This journaling allows them to self-reflect in a
targeted way.
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
→ 30-Second Coaching: Let this person know when they are making
positive strides toward the goal of complete success. Take 30 seconds
to tell them specifically what they’ve done well and how their actions are
appreciated by you and the team.
