Suggested Questions:

→ Rating Question: On a scale of one to six, with six representing a

complete ability to retain and apply what you learn and one representing

that you have no ability to do so, where would you rate yourself and

why?

→ Self-Actualized Question: What actions do you think we can take

together to help you become closer to a six?

→ Success Imperative: How do you think these actions will help you

reach ultimate success in your position and in your career?
