a running journal throughout the coming weeks with entries noting times
throughout their workday where they felt that they were able to quickly
recall information previously learned. What strategy did they take in that
situation and how effective did they feel it was?
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
→ 30-Second Coaching: Take 30 seconds to verbally acknowledge
improvements made by the individual in their retention of information
and using it in a practical application. Be specific in sharing your
observations of actions taken by the employee to put what they have
learned into practice, and how their actions will benefit both the
individual and the team.
