on analyzing their own behavior. Using a Third-Party Question, help
bring awareness to how the team might interpret the actions of the
person you are coaching.
Suggested Questions:
→ Rating Question: On a scale of one to six, with
six representing that you participate in all
organizational team-building activities as a
positive leader and one representing that you
refuse to participate in team-
building activities in the organization, where
would you rate yourself and why?
→ Third-Party Question: How do you think the
team would describe your participation as a
leader in organizational team-building events?
→ Self-Actualized Question: What actions do you
think you must take asa leader to use your
participation in organizational activities as a
source for boosting team morale?
