Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
→ Non-Verbal Coaching: Write the employee a note and leave it on their
desk when you notice that he/she is tackling all that is asked of them in
their job based on the description you discussed in your coaching
session – be specific in what they are doing well and why it is
appreciated by you.
→ 30-Second Coaching: Ultimately, you want people like this in your organization. Demonstrate to them that you love their passion for their career by involving them in the process of growth by taking 30 seconds to share positive efforts to communicate effectively by your coaching target.
