approach to relationship building works in most situations, but if you’re
looking to build an authentic relationship with anyone, get to know their
loves, stressors, and what their goals are.

→ Self-Actualized Question: What motivates you? What things stand in
the way of your motivation? Are there certain stressors we can address
here at work to assist in your motivation on a day-to-day basis?
