with six being 100% all of the time, and one
being pretty inconsistent, where would you
rate yourself in how ready you are when you
enter the office to take on the day and the
tasks assigned to you?
→ Opposite Insertion Question: How do you
organize yourself when you first come into
the office each day? How does your
morning routine set you up for a successful
and efficient day?
Suggested Activities:
→ GOAL-Based Coaching: What does the employee wish to become
Great at in their career? What Opportunities may present themselves as
a result of the employee becoming great? What Actions must be taken
to reach those opportunities? What will the employee Love about
reaching their goals?
