Suggested Strategy: Productivity and time management have multiple
factors, the most important of which are organization and prioritization.
Focus on these factors to dig and find the root of the lack of
organization.
Suggested Questions:
→ Rating Question: On a scale of one to six, with six being you are highly
organized and on top of all daily tasks, and one being you may struggle
with staying organized, where would you rate yourself and why? What
can we do together to help you reach a six?
→ Risk Question: What risks do you think you might assume by not
focusing on daily performance? How can staying organized and
proactive help you avoid those risks?
→ Self-Actualized Question: What will you do to successfully integrate
organization techniques in your daily schedule in order to increase your
productivity?
Suggested Activities:
→ Define & Coach: Come up with a shared set of organization techniques
they can use in order to develop their time management. Discuss the
importance of skills they can implement, systems that assist in the
process of organizing, and the overall benefits they provide to time
management.
