or reluctance, where would you rate yourself in your approach to
reaching your career aspirations?
→ Self-Actualized Question: What will you do to ensure that you are
owning the next steps in advancing in your career?
Suggested Activities:
→ GOAL-Based Coaching: What does this person hope to become Great
at in their career? What Opportunities might be afforded to this person
by becoming great? What specific Actions must be taken to make those
opportunities tangible? What will this person Love about reaching their
goals in becoming great?
