truly drives the individual to continuously improve their performance or
habits.

to six, with six representing that you
are continuously pushing yourself
further at work to reach the next level
of success and one representing that
you typically stay within your current
comfort level, where would you rate
yourself and why?
→ Self-Actualized Question: What specific actions do you think we must
take together to help you combat complacency and reach a six?
Suggested Activities:
→ GOAL-Based Coaching: Ask the individual to share with you what they
would like to become Great at in their career. What Opportunities might
be opened up to them as a result of becoming great? What Actions
must they take to bring those opportunities within reach? What will they
Love about reaching these goals? How might complacency hinder them
from reaching these goals?
