→ Self-Directed Learning: Assign your coaching target to write down
three times throughout the week where they felt they exhibited qualities
of being a strong leader based on your discussed definition. They
should also write down what benefits they might reap by taking those
actions and how it will have an impact on their work.
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
→ Non-Verbal Coaching: Leave this person a note at their desk when
you observe them practicing the discussed definition of being a strong
leader from your coaching session. Be specific in what actions they did
well and why it is appreciated by you.
