Coach strategy – this helps the individual put their own definition on
what sort of impact they think they might be able to have on the
company.
Suggested Questions:
→ Define & Coach: When discussing your potential with this company
and what you can potentially contribute, how would you describe the
impact you could potentially have on the company?
→ Self-Actualized Question: What actions do you think you must take
going forward to ensure that you are reaching your full potential in your
position and creating the most impact you can as you demonstrate your
strengths?
Suggested Activities:
→ GOAL-Based Coaching: What does the individual aspire to become
Great at in their position with the company? What Opportunities might
present themselves as a result of becoming great? What Actions does
the individual think they must take to utilize their potential to the fullest
tobring those opportunities within reach? What will the individual Love
about reaching these goals?
