Suggested Strategy: Use Rating Questions to inspire conversation with

the individual about how they will go forward into their next endeavor.

Suggested Questions:

→ Rating Question: On a scale of one to six, with six representing that

you were 100% invested in your own development in this position and

one being that you were not invested at all, where would you rate

yourself and why?

→ Self-Actualized Question: In what ways do you think you could

challenge yourself in future endeavors to reach a six?

Suggested Activities:

→ Brainstorming: Ask the individual to share with you the areas of their

position where they felt the most challenged. Comparatively, ask them

to share with you which areas they felt the most successful in and how

they felt in both sides of their job about their engagement and

investment in the job.
