→ Non-Verbal Coaching: The relationship between this person and their
team should become noticeably less disjointed and more cohesive as
they pay more attention to their tone and approach. When you have the
opportunity to observe the individual interacting with their peers in a less
confrontational way, leave a handwritten note at their workstation,
sharing with them the specific actions observed by you and why their
actions are appreciated by you and beneficial to their relationships with
their team.
